I apologise it’s been quiet for too long, I’ve had rather an unlucky spate of events that lead me to look for something entertaining. I am a rubber lover, I find it rather .. invigorating. I am also an Aquaphile. Ever tried the two together? Ever seen a decent video of the two themes i use together? Drop me a comment if you do see one, I will follow it up.
In the mean time here is something nice for you to see where I manage to combine the two. Wearing Latex in water, even in the bathtub is a curious sensation for us sensationalist latex nerds. Add the movement wafting around the pressure of water, and its uncomparable. Thing is, nothing on video really translates this kind of feeling. And latex doesn’t have the same appeal of shine underwater does it? SO, the challenge is to find a video that has moments of these fascinations I look for.. funnily enough there are feature films made where there are women supposedly swimming in latex suits. But the are shot – ‘out of water’ mainly to give that visual appeal that is lost when in the water.
One of these films is ‘The Fantastic Voyage’, where they are swimming around in lovely white rubber suits, the other I can think of is ‘Sin City’ the actress is drawn on wires in front a green screen, and actually not in the water at all. Ha, I sound like such a nerd, but anyway – when you’re a fetishist and highly visual things strike you in this way, you tend to remember them. Just that – no one is really going to go to this effort to combine the shoots for a fetish movie are they? – or have they?
I do underwater photography a lot, mostly people want it nude, so it’s rare to see me get a chance to don latex for the water. Also I tend to find chlorinated pools do eat away the natural latex rubber like you wouldn’t believe. It softens up and although feels really comfortable, but wont last long once you have worn it in the chlorinated pools, or seawater. No wonder the latex rubber swimming costumes of the 60′s never really caught on. Even though I still think it’s a good idea, they do look stunning, and I would wear them over lycra anytime!
